陽明大學新學程，大學還沒有畢業，就可以先赴國外修讀博士學位！但兵役問題仍待鬆綁。

陽明大學醫學系四年級學生蔡鳴峰申請到美國密蘇里大學高達四、五百萬新台幣的全額獎學金，即將於今年八月赴美直攻博士學位，取得博士學位後，再返台繼續完成大五至大七的醫學系課程，取得醫學士學位。

這項彈性設計，是陽明大學今年新開辦的「醫師科學家學程(MD／PHD Program)」，蔡鳴峰是第一位透過這項學程赴美修讀博士學位的陽明大學醫學系學生。
